Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance and items marked final sale are also not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@cozycoastcrafts.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue when applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
